Embroidery Foot #6This foot is suitable for all satin stitching. The wedge shaped cutout under the sole allows the foot to ride smoothly over the satin stitches, and is high enough that the sewn stitches are not pressed flat. The short toes are especially helpful when sewing curves. The small hole in the centre front of the foot acts as a guide for couching a narrow cord, elastic thread, or several threads, but can also be used as a visual guide.
